Afternoon edition: ARC Raiders reaches 62.08 as the ARC-2 gold line rises
Raiders strengthens its top-ten place
ARC Raiders has lifted its ARC-AGI-2 score from 60.00 to 62.08 in a recorded overnight improvement, retaining eighth. Its checked roster lists dzjiann, keithtyser, mitubant and ngyzly. Tyser, dzjiann and mitubant are also listed with ARC Slayers, now seventh on ARC-AGI-3. Raiders is a top-ten contender in its own contest; Tufa Labs still leads ARC-AGI-2.
The leaders hold while gold gets more expensive
Tufa Labs remains at 88.06, followed by rabbithole at 80.56, Yi-Chia Chen at 77.22 and nvbanana at 77.08. The score for the last of 15 public gold places has risen to 44.44, up 2.63 in the fresh past-day comparison. Sam-wiz is the first team outside that band, sixteenth at 41.81. Public gold-band membership remains provisional until the private-board finish.
Schweighofer is inside gold; Odd Dice reaches the low thirties
Kajetan Schweighofer is twelfth at 47.92 after an 11.25-point gain in the past-day comparison. nvnn is fourteenth at 45.00. Below gold, Odd Dice has reached 31st at 36.53; the previous-close comparison shows it up from 113th with a 4.03-point gain. The much larger early Wire climbs remain worth following too: mrkmakr is now thirtieth and Burton Lancaster 35th.
Tufa promises its account after the deadline
In its October 10 reply to Mike Knoop, Tufa Labs said ARC-AGI-2 was the one ARC challenge it had not set out to solve, described its start as accidental and promised more information after the deadline. That is the team’s own account, with the method still unrevealed. It gives readers a specific post-competition story to look forward to.
The Research Summit is eleven days away
ARC Prize’s Research Summit is scheduled for October 23 in Boston, hosted by the Foundation in collaboration with MIT. Its focus is the meeting point of neural networks, program synthesis and formal reasoning—a timely setting for the rulebook and harness questions circulating around ARC-AGI-3.
