A climb with medal stakes

Masspeaks has moved from 25th to thirteenth on the ARC-AGI-2 public board, adding 7.64 points to reach 42.50 since the previous evening close. The gain puts the entry above the provisional gold score cutoff of 41.81. In a public post, the contestant said careful preparation had paid off and anticipated a high gold cutoff. Tufa keeps its cushion

Tufa Labs remains first at 88.06, ahead of rabbithole at 80.56: a 7.50-point lead, unchanged since the previous close. Yi-Chia Chen holds third at 77.22 and nvbanana fourth at 77.08. Tufa’s listed roster includes Dries Smit, whom ARC Prize credits as lead developer of the winning StochasticGoose @ Tufa Labs agent in the 2025 ARC-AGI-3 Preview contest. That is a separate historical result, not evidence of the team’s current ARC-2 approach.

The field makes its own news

XIAO MA supplies another substantial advance: from 107th to seventeenth, up 8.06 points to 40.56. Pranav Aggarwal also reaches 40.56, in eighteenth, after gaining 4.87 points. JLShen025 rises from 53rd to 23rd at 37.64. In the top ten, matu997 is ninth at 50.83 after an observed event from 42.92; the prior-evening comparison for that entry is unavailable. ARC Raiders adds 1.25 points to reach 60, yet moves from seventh to eighth. An improved score can still lose ground when the field advances.

The cutoff keeps moving

The provisional gold cutoff rises from 40.83 to 41.81. Jack Cole remains at 38.61 but slips from seventeenth to 21st; Mithil A Vakde holds 33.89 and falls from 32nd to 39th. Tufa Labs said in its public reply to Mike Knoop that it plans to share more about its ARC-2 work after the deadline. For now that is the team’s stated intention, and public scores and medal bands remain provisional.
